Worst Service Ever
Overall, my stay wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t worth staying. I did not choose to renew my lease at the end of its term because I felt the rent was too high for what you get. I payed for a 12th floor apartment over looking down town. It had both a washer and dryer in the unit as well as central A/C. I assume the apartment has a flat rate for rent, but we payed extra for our view and the other amenities.
This is must see bright unit with large three beds and two full baths. Fitness room, club house and billiard as amenities. The unit is located back facing West, not facing Crenshaw Blvd. Very quiet and lots of natural light as well. Lovely duplex recently renovated including freshly painted exterior and interior. Units feature new copper plumbing and electrical service with new meters.
